Law enforcement officials consider the basic version of the car bomb in front of the traffic police in Pyatigorsk terrorist act. This was reported by Life News. The explosion at Circassian highway killed the driver and passengers of the car. Earlier it was reported that the dead supposedly were three Interior Ministry official.
