U.S. company Textron, Cessna aircraft manufacturer and helicopters Bell, agreed to buy Aircraft Corporation Beechcraft, letting in light aircraft including Bonanza and Baron. This was reported in the official press release Textron. The deal amounted to about $ 1.4 billion. It will allow Textron expand its presence in the aviation market.The transaction will be completed in the first half of 2014.
